The APPL Pp, HDPE Filament Twister Machine is a system for winding and twisting PP & HDPE filaments. It uses automated processes to create twists that are accurate and it winds material in a way that is consistent. By using this new, three phase automatic system from APPL, users do less manual work. It is designed so that tension remains equal across the material, which makes it less likely that filaments will break or that material will be lost. Due to the specific amount of oil each model holds plus the strong parts of the machine, it operates without interruption for long periods in industrial settings. When operators use the controls, they find that they can set up or change tasks easily.
