APPL Endless Plastic Rope Making Machine 2mm to 6mm, 3.7 Kw is a heavy-duty, rigid-structure solution engineered for continuous production of endless plastic ropes. It is for the creation of ropes with diameters between 2mm and 6mm. By using a rigid frame, the machine allows for continuous operation. In a single day the machine produces as much as 800 kg of rope. When the machine operates, the rope remains the same size and stays strong under tension. For industrial use, the machine requires 415 V at 50 Hz. To drive the system, there is a 5 HP motor that uses 3.7 kW. Because of this power level, the cost to run the machine is low. As APPL (Aawadkrupa) built the machine in India, the parts are thick and strong. If the machine is maintained, it stays in a working state for many years. To protect the machine during transport, it is in stretch film and bubble packaging. When a user needs to change the thickness of the rope, the process is fast.
